Now we see most of the press declaring Canada's 3-2 shoot out loss as "devastating."

Latvia earned it's first ever win over Canada and third victory in 38 all-time contests at the tournament. But this upset just goes to prove that anything can happen in one game.

The Latvia goalie (Lenard's Feldbergs) stopped 55 shots over 65 minutes of play and then added 8 more in the shootout. Many hockey purists say he stole the show and was the reason Canada lost.

The best way Canada should look at this is at least it wasn’t the quarter finals. Now they have an opportunity to bounce back.
