Honestly, Brandon has some of the cheapest parking meter rates that I've seen around. Even raising the cost by 50 cents, it'll still be way less than a lot of other places. At least they're keeping the meters and not moving to having to scan a QR code and pay with your phone like other places I've seen!

I agree our rates are not bad compared to other markets but with higher priced parking rates help downtown Brandon’s plight? QR codes to charge by phone would be convenient but I can imagine some folks in the upper demographics would not want to be bothered with such tech.
