Wheat Kings To Honor Jordan Old During Friday Night's Game

Last month the Wheat Kings family was shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Jordan Old.

Jordan has been coming to Wheat King games his whole life with his parents being involved in selling 50/50 and being season ticket holders. A few years ago, Jordan himself joined the staff as one of our off-ice officials working as a penalty box attendant/timekeeper.

Jordan didn’t like the Keystone to be quiet, so this Friday before the game against the Lethbridge Hurricanes, there will be a special moment where we celebrate the life of Jordan with a minute of cheering.

Family and Friends are encouraged to sit on the west side of the arena to best view the decal added to our timekeeper's area for the rest of this season.
