Fail to Comply with Release Order
On May 16, 2023, at approximately 2:00am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Louise Avenue. The 30-year-old driver of the vehicle was found to be on a condition not to have contact with the passenger.
Search of the vehicle also revealed a large sum of cash, a small amount of methamphetamine, and a can of bear spray.
The driver was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to attend court this morning on charges of Fail to Comply Release Order x2, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Proceeds of Crime.
