Breach of Probation
On February 27, 2023, police received a report of a male causing a disturbance at a hotel in the 3100 block of Victoria Avenue. Members attended and located the 50-year-old male hiding in the public washroom.
The male was on Probation with a condition not to attend the hotel. As a result, he was arrested for Breach of Probation. He was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and he is scheduled to appear in court today.
Break and Enter to Residence
On February 27, 2023, police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 100 block of Louise Avenue. The suspect(s) gained entry to the residence and caused damage to the property. A small amount of cash was also stolen. BPS continues to investigate this incident.

On February 27, 2023, police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 400 block of 14th Street. The suspect(s) gained entry to the residence by smashing a patio door. The suspect(s) stole electronics, tools, and cheques from the residence. BPS continues to investigate this incident.

On February 27, 2023, police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 200 block of 1st Street. The suspect(s) gained entry to the residence by forcing in a door. The suspect(s) stole electronics and a wallet. BPS continues to investigate this incident.

Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
On February 23, 2023, police received a report of several fraudulent transactions on the complainant’s credit card. The transactions totaled $2,300 and occurred between January 18th and February 18th. Police were able to identify a suspect. On February 27, 2023, police located and arrested the 27-year-old female for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. She was later released and she is scheduled to appear in court in April.
Breach of Peace
On February 27, 2023, police received a report of a male causing a disturbance at a business in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. Members attended and located a highly intoxicated 46-year-old male that was causing the problems. He was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to prevent any further issues.

On February 28, 2023, police received a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 300 block of 10th Street. Upon arrival, members located a highly intoxicated 43-year-old female that was causing the problems. She was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to prevent any further problems.
IPDA
On February 27, 2023, police received a report of an intoxicated female wondering the hallways without shoes on at a business in the 00 block of 10th Street. Members attended and located the highly intoxicated female. She was in no condition to care for herself. As a result, she was lodged at Brandon Police Service to ensure her safety.
Arrest Warrants
On February 27, 2023, police located and arrested a 36-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking and Possession of Methamphetamine. She was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and she appeared in court yesterday.
On February 27, 2023, a 25-year-old male attended BPS to turn himself in for numerous outstanding warrants. The male was arrested for Failing to Appear in Court x4 and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking. He was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and he is scheduled to appear in court today.
On February 27, 2023, an 18-year-old male attended BPS to turn himself in for an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested for Breach of Probation. He was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and he is scheduled to appear in court today.
