Masked Men Make Off with Tires Stolen Off a Parked Vehicle

Theft Under $5000

On May 26th at 08:33 am, Police received a call that two masked males were taking tires off of a vehicle parked at a business in the 900 block of Queens Avenue.

 

Officers located one of the suspects nearby and the tires were recovered. A 50-year-old male was arrested for Theft under $5000.

 

He was held for court on May 27th, 2024.

 


 

Arrest Warrants

On May 26th at 12:57 pm an employee from a business in the 300 block of 18th street called to report a male came in requesting water as he'd been bear maced. Police attended and the male did not want any assistance. The 37-year-old male was found to have an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his recognizance. He was arrested and released for court on August 8th, 2024.

 

On May 27th at 00:20 am Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 800 block of Victoria Avenue. A 39-year-old female was arrested as she had an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5000. She was released for court on June 24th, 2024.

 

On May 27th at 04:10 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Louise Avenue. A 33-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5000. He was released for court on July 29th, 2024.

 


 

Fraudulently Obtain Transportation

On May 26th at 5:28 pm a taxicab pulled into Brandon Police Service. The driver reported picking up a female from a business in the 1800 block of 1st street North. The female had refused to speak or say where she wanted to go and would not get out of the cab. The female would not cooperate with police and appeared under the influence of drugs. The 45-year-old female was arrested and will be released in the morning for court on July 22nd, 2024.

 


 

Breach of Peace

On May 26th at 9:43 pm Police received several calls reporting an intoxicated female walking into traffic at the corner of 10th street and Pacific Avenue. A 26-year-old female was arrested as she  was unable to care for herself. She will be released in the morning.

 


 

Fail to Comply with a Release Order.

On May 27th at 02:52 am Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 200 block of Southern Avenue. A 15-year-old male was arrested as he was found to be out past his court ordered curfew. He was released for court on July 30th, 2024.

 


 

Fail to Comply with an Undertaking.

On May 27th at 02:33 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Frederick Street. A 50-year-old male was arrested as he was out past his court-ordered curfew. He was released from court on August 6th, 2024.
