Mischief to Property, Resist Arrest, Assault Peace Officer
At 9:23 pm Sunday, Brandon police received a call of a man trying to break into a residence in the 500’ block of 22nd Street.
Upon police arrival, the man was swinging a piece of eavestrough. As police exited their vehicle, the man threw the eavestrough at the police car. He then attempted to flee on foot and at one point turned and kicked one of the officers.
The 39-year-old man was eventually taken into custody and released for court on November 24, 2022.
