Assault
At 4:26 am, Police attended to a residence in the 600 block of Pacific Ave for a call of a disturbance and possible assault. Upon Police arrival, the 40-year-old male accused attempted to prevent Police from entering the residence.
It was determined that the accused has assaulted the female at the residence causing some injuries to her facial area.
The accused was arrested and will be released when sober for court at a later date on the charges of Assault and Obstructing a Police officer.
