Mischief to Property, Possession of Weapon, Possession of Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking
At 12:44 pm, police responded to a report of a man with a slingshot between 10th & 11th Street in the 000’ block. The man had been shooting the slingshot at buildings and broke a window to a business. Police located a 39-year-old man in the area matching the description and in possession of a slingshot.
He was also in the company of a 42-year-old man who was in possession of several packages of methamphetamine and a small club.
Both men were arrested and later released for court on October 13, 2022.
