ASSAULT WITH WEAPON
At 2:15 PM, Police attended to a residence on 23rd Street North for an Assault with a Weapon call. A 39-year-old female attempted to stab the victim with a dental pick.
She was located inside the residence, arrested and transported to BPS. She was released on an Undertaking. She will appear in Court on June 22nd.
MISCHIEF TO PROPERTY
At 1:20 AM Police attended to a residence in the 900 Block of Maryland Avenue. A 17-year-old female damaged some electronics belonging to the complainant during an argument.
She was located at the residence in a highly intoxicated state. She was arrested, transported to BPS and lodged to be released when sober on an Undertaking. She will appear in Court on June 27th.
WARRANTS
Shortly after 10:00 AM Police attended to a residence in the 800 block of 1st Street for a Disturbance. One of the involved, a 44-year-old female was the subject of an outstanding warrant for her arrest for two charges of Theft under $5000. She was arrested and lodged at BPS to appear in court on May 1st.
At 11:15 AM Police located a 30-year-old female at a residence in the 400 block of 5th St. This female was known to police to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest for Failing to Attend for Fingerprints. She was arrested, transported to BPS, fingerprinted and released with an Appearance Notice to appear in court on June 22nd.
At 3:00 PM police located a male in the 500 block of 12th Street. This male was known to police to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and a 45-year-old male was arrested for Theft Under $5,000, Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Failing to Appear in Court. He was transported to BPS and lodged to appear in Court on May 1st.
At 11:15 PM a male was located in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. This male was known to police to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Failing to Appear in Court. A 36-year-old male was arrested, transported to BPS and lodged to appear in court on May 1st.
OTHER ARRESTS
At 2:00 PM, Police responded to a business in the 1500 Block of 18th Street, as a male was belligerent and refusing to leave. Upon Police arrival, a 33-year-old male was highly agitated and refused to comply with Police requests to leave. He was lodged at BPS to prevent further problems.
At 6:00 PM, Police were called to a residence in the area of Alaska Bay as an intoxicated male was causing problems. A 35-year-old male was lodged at BPS due to his highly intoxicated state and to prevent further problems.
At 12:25 AM, Police were called to a residence in the 1500 Block of Stickney Avenue, as a female was intoxicated and causing problems. A 20-year-old female was lodged at BPS to prevent further problems.
FIRE
At 1:30 PM, Police responded to the 1700 Block of 10th Street. Police were advised that three males had started a fire in the field. The suspects walked away and then started one more fire in the same field. The suspects left the area, prior to Police arrival. Police conducted an extensive search; however, the suspects were not located. The fire was extinguished.
