Donation Box Thief Returns To Same Store and is Arrested

On December 17th, 2022 police received a report from a business that a male had stolen a donation box. 

 

On December 19th, the same individual returned to the business and was arrested by police for the previously reported theft. 

 

A 33-year-old male has been released on conditions for a court date of January 23rd, 2023.

 


 

Breach of Release Order              

On December 19th, 2022 at 10:30 pm, police conducted a pedestrian check in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue with a male known to be on a court ordered curfew.  A check of police records confirmed the individual to abide by a daily curfew of 9 pm to 7 am. 

 

A 32 year old male has been lodged at BPS to appear for court December 20th, 2022 for the charge of Failure to Comply with Release Order.
