The Crossing the Line transitional housing facility fundraiser on November 16th was a great success, and we want to express our sincere appreciation to you and your guests for your invaluable contributions. We were beyond thrilled to see the amazing turnout from our wonderful community. Brandon is truly a place that cares and by participating in events like this you show that care in action.
The evening of the event was filled with memorable moments, from the hilarious roast of Mayor Jeff Fawcett to the spirited dunk tank, Bruce Luebke, Kris Desjarlais and James Chambers took the plunge! An additional $550 was raised to convince John Howard Society's Executive Director Ross Robinson to take a turn in the dunk. For more details about the event, we would encourage you to read the excellent coverage by the Brandon Sun here:
All in all, the fundraising event raised a whopping $35,000! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
