Police Find Man Passed Out Behind The Wheel Holding a Beverage
Brandon City Police officers responded to a report of a male passed out behind the wheel of a parked vehicle while holding a beer at a business in the 200 block of 18th street N.
BPS officers arrived on the scene shortly after 9:00 pm. Wednesday evening and arrested the 58-year-old male. He provided samples of his breath that were more than twice the legal limit.
The man was released to a sober relative and will appear in court on June 20, 2022, on charges of Care or Control While Ability Impaired, and Care or Control while Over .08.
