Mischief to Property
On August 11, 2023, shortly before 7:00 am, police responded to a report of a road rage incident. The complainant reported parking in the 2600 block of Victoria Avenue when the suspect exited his vehicle and proceeded to kick the complainant’s vehicle causing damage. The incident was recorded on video.
On August 12, 2023, police located and arrested the 53-year-old male. He was later released to appear in court on October 5, 2023 on a charge of Mischief to Property.
