BPS Officers Deal With Three Separate Disturbances Involving Highly Intoxicated Women

On January 29, 2023, police received a report of a female banging on doors and screaming in the 600 block of 12th Street.

Upon arrival, police located the highly intoxicated 31-year-old female walking in the middle of the road. She was unable to care for herself.

As a result, she was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober to ensure her safety.

January 30, 2023, a taxi driver came to Brandon Police Service with a female that was highly intoxicated and did not know where she was going. While the taxi driver was making the report, the female left on foot.

Police located the 24-year-old female at 10th Street and Victoria Avenue. She stated that she was walking home; however, she was walking in the wrong direction.

Police were unable to find anyone to care for her. As a result, she was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober to ensure her safety.

 

 

 

Breach of Peace

On January 30, 2023, police received a report of a disturbance at a business in the 900 block of Middleton Avenue. A 49-year-old female was highly intoxicated and causing problems in the business.

She refused to calm down and cooperate with police. As a result, she was arrested for Breach of the Peace and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
