The organizing committee as well as Jordan’s parents, Billy and Shelly Old, are proud to announce that we will be making a donation of $15,000 to STARS Air Ambulance.
Due to their importance in the community, and rural areas all across Western Canada, STARS was an easy choice and we thank them for being there to celebrate with us on the day of the tournament.
And again, none of this is possible without the support. We can’t thank everyone enough and we’re already looking forward to next year and how we can make it even better!
Jordan Old Memorial Golf Tournament

Just like a perfect drive 300+ yards down the middle of the fairway, the 1st annual Jordan Old Memorial Golf Tourney is a smashing success!
The tournament was held at Wheat City Golf Course on Friday, August 11, 2023. The event was such a huge success inspiring its organizers to start getting plans in place for next year's edition of the tournament.
Jordan was a Member of the Wheat City, and the amount of people who took part in the tournament and/or attended the social at the Legion is a clear indicator of the impact he had around not only the golf course but the entire community.
Jordan was a beloved son, friend, and teammate. His sudden loss affected many in the community. The staff at Wheat City Golf Course put it perfectly by posting the following quote on its social media pages, "It is only fitting to honor his memory at his favorite course with two of his favorite things: golf and beers”
The organizing committee of the event (pictured below) is grateful for the support shown by their valued sponsors and all the participants in the tournament. The group is happy to report a significant amount of funds will be donated to STARS Ambulance. (Once everything is added up we will publish the total here in the Westman Zone).
